FAQs
Why should I choose DangerousGuitar.com
We feel we have more to offer in quality, and in content. We hand pick all
our instructors and all content is shot, produced and edited by our staff.
We do not scavenge content from other sites or services that is available
elsewhere. We constantly update our content and seek ideas from our
members in how to make our site better.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes ! If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of
using it and we can’t solve your issues and earn you as a long time
customer than we will gladly refund 100% of the fee. Just simply email support@dangerousguitar.com with your request.
How often do you add content?
We add content every day!
How long is each lesson?
Unlike others sites where the instructors ramble on for 30 minutes and
teach for 2 we keep to the point and understand your time is valuable.
Our concept is to keep lessons under 12 minutes each and many are as short as
1 minute. We don’t grade our service based on the hours of lessons but on
the quality of the content.
Who are your instructors?
Our instructors are handpicked. We don’t just let anyone through our
doors. Our instructors are professional musicians, clinicians and
instructors. We have instructors ranging from Grammy award winners,
Touring Rock Stars, Blues Legends, Authors, Country Recording Artists, and
College professors. You can check them out here.
What do I need to use DangerousGuitar.com?
Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the most compatible browsers for the site. Other browsers are dropping certain parts of the site like tab trasncritpions. Mozilla firefox and Google Chrome are free downloads and will help you to get all of the benefits of DangerousGuitar.com
Because we shoot HD video for 90% of the content found on the site some slow connections will load for long periods. So if you have dial up modem service you may not gain all the benefit from our videos without being frustrated.
How many times can I watch your lessons?
There is no limit . You can watch every lesson as many times as you wish.
Is your site geared towards only advanced level players?
Absolutely not! We have geared our site to being the friendliest site
around for beginner content and helping absolute beginners get started
even if they have never picked up a guitar.
I am a left handed guitar player, do you offer content for left handed players.
If you are playing your guitar strung correctly with the top string being the biggest, your low E string, then all fingerings will be exactly the same as the those of right handed players just using your opposite hand.
Tablature examples are still the same.
If you watch a lesson by an instructor the only thing you would need to keep in mind is that when he says your left hand, you use your right hand, if he says right hand that is your left hand. All fingerings, strings and frets would be exactly as he states in the lesson.
So if the iunstructor says place your1st finger on your left hand on the 2nd fret of the 6th string, you use your right hand, place your first finger on the 2nd fret of the 6th string.
